Meeting devoted to 20th anniversary of the occupation of Shusha city was held at ANAS Institute of Petrochemical Processes named after acad. Y.H.Mammadaliyev. Opening the meeting director of the institute, corresponding member of ANAS Vagif Abbasov gave detailed information about Shuha’s occupation by the enemy during 20 years long. He noted, on May 8, 1992, the musical and cultural center Shusha city was occupied by insidiousness Armenians who are recognized as oppressed people by some leading states but

in fact carrying out the policy of terror not only to our people, but also against all humanity.

“Holding of such events is important and updates our historical memory”.

Deputy Directors of the Institute - the corresponding member of ANAS Akif Azizov and PhD of chemical sciences Nazim Asadov expressed their opinions about the occupation of Shusha.
