Guided by part 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I order:

1.to separate 5,0 million manat from fund of the President of Azerbaijan Republic to Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, as well as, 2,0 million manat to construction of new building of Central Library of Academy, 1,0 million manat to capital repair of buildings of Physics and Geology Institutes situated at “Academy settlement” area and Institute of Polymer Materials.

2.Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan Republic to ensure financing of means indicated on the first part of the order.
