Based on Part 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic I hereby resolve:

1. to arrange second clause of the order of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “On increase in wages of ANAS employees” N 967 dated July 1, 2002 (Legislative Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2002, â„– 7, article 414, in 2004, â„– 10, article 829, in 2005, â„– 3, article 209, in 2007, â„– 4, article 352) as follows:

2. “To define monthly wages of Active members of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences to the amount of 1200 AZN, and corresponding members to the amount of 850 AZN”.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is to solve all issues stemming out from the current Order.

3. The current Order enters into force since May 1, 2011.
