On December 14, Cabinet of Ministers made a decision on assertion of list of highest educational institutions and organizations of AR that creating Doctoral courses.

Decision shows that, in connection of the order of Cabinet of Ministers on “Creation of doctoral courses and entrance rules into” dated July 1, 2010, and taking into account offers of ministry, committee, ANAS, Ministry of Education and bodies that had relation, Cabinet of Ministers asserted the “List of highest educational institutions and organizations of AR that creating Doctoral courses”.

The decision came into force from the date of signing.
