In the near future outstanding oil scientist, state laureate of Azerbaijan USSR, honored engineer of Azerbaijan Republic, honored oilman of USSR, doctor of geological-mineralogical sciences, academician Khoshbakht Baghi oglu Yusifzadeh will be 80.

Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh has great services in discovery of oil-gas fields, development of oil industry of science, investigation-exploration works in Caspian sea. Bahar, Guneshli, Azeri, Chirag, Kepez and other fields had been discovered under his leadership.

The scientist is the author of 170 works, 17 monographs and some discoveries.

Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh who has great role in realization of contracts of Azerbaijan with the famous oil companies of the world, continues his fruitful activity in science and production field.

Taking into consideration Khoshbakht Yusifzadehs exceptional role in oil-gas industry and in development of science, I sign in the present Order:

1. State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic and Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences are to elaborate action plan to celebrate 80th anniversary of Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is to solve issues stemming out from the present Order.
