Main scientific achievements:

It is established that in wide temperature range (77-300K) and strong electric fields (up to 105 B/cm) mechanizm of electroconductivity change of complex semiconductors (GaS, GaSe, GaTe, Ga2Se3, Ga2S3, CaGa2S4 and etr) with varions crystalline structure (complex, chained, cube) is aue to charge carrier injection from contacts into crystals under invertigation and thermofield ionization of traps. In high-olun and wide-band semiconductors as a result of capture of injected charge carriers by deep levels there have been found electrete and photoelectrete effects and different detectors on the base of these effects (mihes seismodetectors and etc.) have been created. In CaGa2S4   - typed compounds activated by rare-earth elements there have been found effective luminescen of red, green, blue lights and these crustals are used for creation of luminescent lamps of various colours. Joint with Japanese scienlists there have been first obtained tunable lazer on CaGa2S4:Eu single crystals.
