Proposed the method for the investigation of the fracture and stability loss problems of the time-dependent composite materials and elements of constructions fabricated from this materials in the framework of the Three-Dimensionall Linearized Theory of Deformable Solid Body Mechanics. This method has been applied for the investigation a lot of corresponding problems.
