Main scientific achievements:

The mechanisms of the number of the structural, impurity, stationary and non-stationary electronic, phonon, physico-chemical phenomena in different modifications and agregate states of the selenium, selenides of the transition metals, solid solutions of the bismuth telluride, bismuth-stibium and Pb1-XMnXTe systems and in the structures on their base have been established, and the physical backgrounds for the creating of the new high-effective thermo- and magneto-thermoelectrical electronics transducers on the basis of thes sistems, measurement methods and non-destructive  diagnosis for the photoreceivers have been developed.
