| Main scientific achievements of the structural unit: |
The scientific bases and technological scheme of complex processing of sulfide polymetallic ores from Filizchay deposit has been developed in several variants (reprocessing of selective concentrates – CuS, InS, PbS, FeS2; autoclave lixiviation at the presence of oxygen or sulfur dioxide chloride sublimation and oth.). The suggested technological scheme along with some macro components (Fe, S, Cu, Zn, Pb) makes possible the extraction of valuable micro components (Ga, In, Ar, Ag, Cd). On the base of improvement of existing technology of alunite ore reprocessing the rational technological process has been developed and tested with obtaining a number of valuable products (Al2O3, Al2(SO4)3, H2SO4, V, Ga and oth.). Theoretical and practical aspects of producing elementary sulfur by thermal and catalytic recovery with methane and its conversion products (CO+H2) sulfur containing gases (SO2, H2S, COS, CS2) from metallurgical and gas industry have been worked out. The results are introduced at the copper plant in Norilsk metallurgical mining enterprise (Russian Federation). Extraction of vanadium out of ash wastes by oil residue burning at thermo-energetic stations (TES) of Baku and Shirvan cities has been offered. There was developed the process of obtaining a number of valuable products (Al2O3, Al2(SO4)3, NaK(SO4)2) -(MgO, MgCl2, CaO, CaCl.) from clays and dolomite ores. |
