Development of polyfunctional zeolite catalysts for realization of multistage processes of chemical industry in one reactor

The majority of the processes proceeding in chemical industry are multi-stage; they go out in the liquid phase under rigid conditions with  the presence of the expensive catalysts with relatively low yields of the end products. Taking into account the mentioned above, the highly efficient catalytic processes performed in one reactor, the highly efficient catalytic processes performed in one reactor in the presence of synthesized highly active polyfunctional zeolite catalysts were elaborated.  Vapour phase processes of Oxidation of methyl-, ethyl -, n-propyl and butyl alcohols into appropriate aldehydes, isopropyl alcohol into acetone,  conversion of ethyl alcohol into ethyl acetate and esterification of acetic acid by ethyl and butyl alcohols were developed . For these processes  number of the catalysts on the base of natural and synthetic zeolites were synthesized and the most active catalysts were chosen. Kinetic regularities of processes were investigated and their kinetic models were worked out.
