Main area of activity of the structural unit: | Synthesis and comparative investigation of new sulphur-, phosphorus-containing compounds, which effectively improve lubricity of oils; elaboration of lubricant compositions of various functions (transmissional, industrial, hydraulic oils) using new and well-known additives and different base oils. |

Main scientific achievements of the structural unit: | Hundreds of new sulphur, chlorine, nitrogen, phosphorus containing organic compounds, efficiently reducing wear and seizure of frictional surfaces, were synthesized and investigated; the technology of obtaining antiscuffing additives ИХП-14A and ИХП-14M was elaborated, which were realized in Russia (Yaroslavl); using Baku base oils, the analogues of many foreign transmission and other oils were developed. |
