Main scientific achievements:

For the first time in physics of molecular information converters the elementary electron and molecular processes, which occur in high-molecular-weight compounds due to strong electric field were investigated, the possibility of control of material properties by electric field was established and the mechanism of storage and transformation of information by macromolecules was ascertained. The mechanism and kinetics of the point defects formation on oxide dielectrics due to the influence of radiation and electric as well as the transformation of the radiation energy into the chemical one in the processes of radiation and catalytic decomposition of water were investigated. Rational methods of hydrogen production from water were suggested. As result of the research carried out by M. Kerimov last year and devoted to revealing of the interrelation of paramagnetism and electric conductance in molecular semiconductors spin-magnetic effects and superfine structure and magnetoresonant conductance were established.
